If you receive a defective item or it was damaged during shipping, email info@workofartb.com with details of the product and the defect. Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of delivery/receipt, or we will not be able to honor your request. Depending on the details of the item shipped, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
